Nuzha Allassad Alhuzail

Prof. Nuzha Allassad Alhuzail is an Associate Professor at the School of Social Work, Sapir Academic College, and Head of the National Knowledge and Research Center for the Study of the Bedouin Society. Her research focuses on Indigenous social work, Bedouin women's lives across generations, poverty, deafness, youth at risk, and social work in conflict zones. She chairs national committees promoting equity and Arab–Jewish partnership. Prof. Allassad Alhuzail has received several prestigious fellowships and awards, including the Inspiring Lecturer Award (2020), recognising her contributions to education, social justice, and the advancement of Arab students in Israel.
