Shabnam Ahmed
Shabnam Ahmed is a registered Independent Social Worker, doctoral student, author and the founder of School of Shabs. Delivering workshops nationwide, she speaks on topics including Compassionate and Courageous Leadership, Anti-Racism, Supervision, and Cultural Intelligence and attunement for Social Care. Committed to fostering equitable, inclusive, and reflective spaces within social work, her contributions have been recognised with an MBE.
An active member of the Black and Ethnic Minority Professional Symposium (BPS), Shabnam led the development of an anti-racist supervision template, demonstrating her dedication to systemic change. Her passion lies in advancing equity and inclusion within professional environments, ensuring meaningful progress in the field.
